What you will need:

Ingredients:

• 1 punnet of blueberries
• 1 punnet of strawberries
• 4 eggs
• 2 tbsp milk
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 grinds black pepper
• 1 tbsp butter
• 5 rashers of bacon
• Fresh croissants (from your local bakery)
• Pancakes (pre-made or homemade)
• Icing sugar
• Maple syrup & Nutella (for serving)

• Frying pan
• Mixing bowl
• Whisk
• Spatula
• Sifter or fine sieve
• Serving board
• Ramekins or small bowls

Method:

Step 1:

• Fry your bacon until golden and crispy. Set aside on paper towel.

Step 2:

• Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and gently stir for about a minute, until softly scrambled and just set.

Step 3:

• Place your “DAD” stencil over three pancakes and sift icing sugar on top until the letters are clear.

Step 4: 

• Time to build your brunch board! Start with the pancakes, then add bacon, scrambled eggs, and croissants. Fill the gaps with fresh berries and place small ramekins of maple syrup and Nutella around the board.
